If you are unhappy with the product you have purchased at Nature Naturals.com, you can simply return the product within 30 days for a full refund of the product purchase. Item(s)must be received by Nature Naturals within 30 days of original order ship date.

Shipping charges are Not Refundable. Some exceptions may apply.

Please include your name address, daytime phone number, and reason for return along with your product and send the product to the address on your Order Form. Opened product may not be eligible for return, as some manufacturers will not approve such returns. All products must be in original factory sealed containers for refund. Product manufacturers making specific Guarantee claims must be contacted directly.

We will credit your account once we receive your return.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for the postage on return items and will not be refunded for those charges. When you order with us, you are agreeing to our Return Policy and the Terms and Conditions presented herein.

Domestic Shipping

Nature Naturals.com offers a variety of different shipping methods for our customers to choose from during the ordering process. Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48hours. Simply because you selected an expedited shipping method (such as Expressed Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air), Does Not Guarantee you will receive it within 2days. The Shipping method applies once the order is shipped. If you have a pressing need for an item, please email us.

Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated and displayed after you click checkout. Your order will be adjusted and the shipping price will be changed if the order Does Not qualify for the shipping method you have selected.

Most of our domestic orders are shipped via USPS with USPS Priority Mail as the most common method. This service usually takes 2 business days to receive. We also offer all USPS Methods as well as UPS Ground (best for heavier packages), UPS 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select. We provide UPS and USPS international shipping options for all customers outside the United States and Canada.

To avoid delays in shipping, Please select the proper delivery method based upon your location. Delivery times vary depending upon the shipping method chosen.Please Note that USPS Express Mail Delivery (Next Day Service) may Not be available t all locations within the USA. If it is not available at your location, the package will be delivered the following business day.

We Do Not Guarantee or Refund Postage.We pride ourselves on shipping orders quickly. Orders received until 11 a.m. Eastern time usually ship the same business day.Orders received after this time may not be shipped the same day. In the event that an itemyou have ordered will take us longer than 5-7 days to obtain, we will notify you by email. Ifyou need a product right away, and cannot wait for the whole order to be shipped together,let us know by e-mail and we will get your order to you when you want it. If you request toreceive a domestic or international order in partial shipments, you will be responsible for thecost of each shipment.

International Shipping

Nature Naturals ships to over 40 countries and assumes No Responsibility for orders shipped outside the USA. When you place your order with us, you are assuming all Risks for Lost, Stolen, Delayed or Impounded Orders. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. When you place your order, you are Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

We ship most International orders via the United States Postal Service and it takes approximately 7-14 Days (some orders may take as long as 2-4 weeks if they are delayed by Customs). This is a very economical way to ship internationally.  We do not ship nutritional supplement products to Canada.

Laws are different in every country and we cannot monitor them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.

If the package is lost, stolen or seized by Customs - for any reason - and we do not receive the package back, we will Not issue you a refund. Foreign packages that are lost or stolen will not be refunded. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges.

You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form.
